EUT-302 is a pocket detector specially used for ultrasonic flaw detection.




  • It has high mobility, such as steel structure overhead work although it is small, but portable and high-performance EUT-302 design AB scanning display while high-precision dynamic echo recording of screen thickness measurement can be replayed up to an hour. Various thickness measurement methods are designed for different thickness except for samples with thickness less than 0.5mm. Outside corrosion pits in pipes with coatings
  • The thickness measurement results can be monitored by A-echo, and stored and imaged by B-scan. Therefore, the instrument can be used for UT imaging of high voltage porcelain insulators, welding detection, UT flaw detection and thickness measurement of automotive parts, etc.

1. Properly adjust the color of backlight and echo. It can also be used in strong sunlight.

2. Small size, light weight (0.65g), low power consumption, compact and portable structure. It can be powered by AC and DC power supply. The instrument can work continuously for 4 hours with the support of in-machine batteries. It can hold the instrument in one hand and complete the process adjustment and modification operation. For example, it is convenient to carry the instrument in the field with a leather jacket.

3. Various measurement functions of the gate make it possible to locate the defects accurately; the "waveform broadening" of the b/c gate provides conditions for observing and analyzing the echo details, and then determining the nature of the defects.

4. The combination of strong emission and high penetration with high sensitivity and narrow frequency band is especially suitable for the detection of large and heavy workpieces such as large forgings, castings and composite materials, while the combination of weak emission and high resolution with wide frequency band, coupled with a narrow pulse probe, can obtain very high resolution and facilitate the detection of small defects in workpieces.

5. The instrument is a general-purpose ultrasonic flaw detector, which can be equipped with various probes to complete different flaw detection tasks. For example, the straight probe is used for longitudinal wave inspection, the inclined probe for shear wave inspection, the surface wave probe for surface wave inspection, and the high-frequency narrow pulse probe for high-resolution inspection.

6. The function of B-scan imaging and A/B-scan display on the same screen can not only realize defect visualization, but also store enough information for further data processing.

7. The stability and reliability of long-time work is the primary condition of large forging flaw detector. The instrument has strict control over temperature drift and long-time work drift.

8. The high-frequency narrow pulse probe provides the instrumental condition for obtaining near-field/far-field high resolution, so it is especially suitable for the occasion where superficial or small defects need to be found.

9. Equipped with crawler or mechanical scanner for automatic or semi-automatic inspection

10. The instrument adopts man-machine dialogue interface, which is clear and easy to understand, easy to operate, and helpful hotkey hints.

11. Random supporting computer software can image storage records, call back and play back, analyze or generate reports and print other functions.

12. Ultrasound testing parameters, graphics and files can be stored in 1G memory and called at any time.

13. Scanning data transmission can be carried out through network port or U port, desktop computer or similar instruments, and then computer management of flaw detection results can be realized by matching computer imaging analysis software.
