1. It can be used for automatic or semi-automatic ultrasonic flaw detection of tube, bar and billet in steel works. It can be used for automatic flaw detection of small-caliber thin-walled tube by probe rotation, high speed and high resolution, and also for high sensitivity automatic flaw detection of large-caliber thick-walled seamless steel tube (especially over 100mm).

2. High resolution near-field/far-field can be obtained by using high frequency narrow pulse probe, which is especially suitable for the occasion where superficial or small defects need to be found.

3. The instrument adopts man-machine interface, which is clear, easy to understand and easy to operate. It has the function of ultrasonic flaw detection/thickness measurement/layered imaging.

10. The instrument is equipped with an I/O interface for external alarm output, delayed marking output and mechanical equipment related signal input (e.g. encoder signal input, feed signal input). The output signal is 5VTTL level signal; the input signal should be 3.3V-5V level signal. Specific input and output signals can be added or subtracted according to different needs of users.
