By using EMS-2003 intelligent metal magnetic memory eddy current tester, the stress concentration of material discontinuity (defect) of field equipment is rapidly detected, and the early diagnosis results of equipment fatigue damage are given.




1. Sensors and instruments with different shapes are used for length measurement to meet the detection requirements of components with different shapes. Therefore, they can be used for nondestructive testing of boiler pressure vessels, pipes, blades, bearings, guideways, gears, welding and other ferromagnetic metal parts.

2. The magnetic memory eddy current testing function of the instrument can be switched at will according to the testing requirements.
