Using EMS-2003 + intelligent metal magnetic memory eddy current tester, the stress concentration caused by discontinuity (defect) of materials in field equipment is rapidly detected, and the early diagnosis results of fatigue damage of equipment are given.




1. The instrument is equipped with sensors and instruments of various shapes for length measurement to meet the detection requirements of components of different shapes. Therefore, it can be applied to non-destructive testing of boiler pressure vessels, pipes, blades, bearings, guideways, gears, welding and other ferromagnetic metal elements.

2. The magnetic memory eddy current testing function of the instrument can be switched at will according to the testing requirements.
