EEC-96++ array eddy current tester is a new generation eddy current non-destructive testing equipment.



1. It adopts advanced digital electronic technology such as FPGA DSP, far field eddy current technology and microprocessor technology. At the same time, it can expand industrial endoscopy technology. Multi-channel real-time testing technology can effectively detect the inner and outer wall defects of ferromagnetic metal pipelines in real time

2. This is the case. It can overcome the influence of probe lift-off, skin effect, electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability unequal. After expansion, it can realize the integration of eddy current sensor and industrial endoscope probe. In the detection process, eddy current signal and video signal can be obtained simultaneously. The detection signal is intuitive, reliable and accurate.
