Application Scope

Steel pipe seam annealing, smelting, heat penetration, hot forging and heat preservation of metal, quenching, metal heat treatment of annealing, normalizing and tempering etc.





Function Structure
1. SCR medium frequency induction heating power supply adopts AC-DC-AC variable frequency power supply structure. The rectifier of the power supply adopts 3-phase thyristor rectifying. 12-pulse thyristor rectifier can be adopted for large power equipment to enhance power grade and decrease grid side harmonic current. The inverter adopts high voltage large power high speed thyristor module to form inverter power unit, to realize large power output through the superposition of inverter power unit. The resonant tank circuit adopts parallel resonance, and parallel, multivoltage or transformer mode can be selected for different load heating.
2. The whole unit of equipment is composed of SCR medium frequency power supply, resonant tank circuit, circulation soft water cooling system, console (optional), automatic control system (optional).



Technical Features
       
Perfect structure design
       
1. Integration design of switchgear rectifying cabinet and inverter output cabinet, with compact structure and small size.
       
2.The grid side power coefficient≥0.92. 12-pulse thyristor rectifier can be adopted for large power equipment with high DC voltage and small grid side harmonic current.
     
3.Power combination of the inverter bridge is accomplished by the way of power unit superposition, which is convenient for installation and repair.
     
4.High standard electromagnetism compatibility design, electromagnetism radiation meets national standard. Closed cabinet design, meeting rigor environmental requirements on site.
     
5.Resonant tank circuit mode is an independent design as per users actual requirement with convenient and flexible site layout.

     
Full digital control system
       
1. 3-phase rectifier adopts high cost performance MCU controlling to realize precise synchronism trigger with high control precision and small grid-side non characteristic harmonic.
       
2.Resonant inverter adopts CPLD to form full-digital control system that is characterized by their automatic constant angle, high phase-lock precise and wide scope of phase-lock.
       
3. The power supply has perfect protection function with reliable working and low failure rate.

     
HMI and fault diagnosis system (optional)
     
1.Adopt PLC and touch screen to form perfect HMI system.
     
2.Realize integrated automatic control of power supply system.
     
3. Fault display and diagnosis system.
