Technical features of high frequency welded pipe integrator:

1. Installation is more convenient
The rectifier cabinet and the inverter cabinet of the high frequency welded pipe integrative machine are integrated. The external interface only includes water circuit, power supply line and part of control line. These interfaces can be designed according to the needs of customers, which can simplify the installation workload of the equipment to the greatest extent. In addition, the connection between the integrated machine and the operating table is in the form of an aviation plug, which reduces the workload of engineering installation and construction accordingly.

2. Small area

Compared with conventional equipment, high frequency welded pipe integrator reduces one rectifier cabinet and occupies nearly one-third of the area. Customers do not need to build a platform for the equipment separately, which saves the cost of pre-expenditure.

3. Simplifying Circuit and Reducing Fault Rate

The integrated control circuit of PLC is adopted in the high frequency welded pipe machine, which simplifies the control logic of the circuit and reduces the intermediate nodes. It is helpful to reduce the failure rate of the equipment and make the equipment run more stably and efficiently.

4. Improving Safety Factor

Intensity and weakness are separated. The control circuit adopts 24V design to ensure the safe operation of personnel.

5. More convenient maintenance

    5.1. Increasing the temperature control indicator board of the inverter unit and locating the temperature fault to a single fault point can directly and accurately locate the location of the temperature alarm and reduce the workload of troubleshooting.
   
5.2. Re-arrange the layout between them. All the devices that are prone to problems are arranged on the outside. They are easy to maintain or replace, thus gaining time for customers to resume production as soon as possible.
