Functional Structure of Solid State High Frequency Welding Machine

1. Solid state high frequency welding machine can provide complete solutions for welding of low carbon steel, high strength steel, copper, aluminium, stainless steel and other materials.

2. High frequency power supply adopts AC-DC-AC frequency conversion structure.

3. The design of rectifier can adopt different forms such as three-phase 6-pulse thyristor rectifier, three-phase 12-pulse thyristor rectifier or IGBT DC chopper according to the different needs of users'power grid; the full bridge resonant inverter is composed of high voltage and high power MOSFET; the output of the inverter is composed of high efficiency ferrite matching transformer to complete power synthesis and impedance pin. Distribution and electrical isolation; resonance groove adopts secondary side series resonance.
