Introduction of High Frequency DC Switching Power Supply Products
   
1.
This power supply is a new type of high-efficiency heating power supply specially developed for single crystal silicon furnace, sapphire furnace and electrolytic plating industry in conformity with the current trend of energy saving and emission reduction.
   
2. With the advantages of small size, light weight and high efficiency, it is a renewal product of traditional thyristor rectifier power supply. Compared with other thyristor rectifier power supply, the efficiency is increased by 10%~20%.


Technical Characteristics of High Frequency DC Switching Power Supply
 
1. Digital PI control and pulse triggering are realized by using DSP+FPGA to ensure that the output power or voltage of the power supply is stable when the voltage of the power grid changes abruptly, and the accuracy of the output power of the power supply is higher than 5/10,000.
   
2. Real-time display of output voltage, current, power and other parameters, with power-down data retention function, can record the time and type of fault, easy to query and maintain.
   
3. The phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS control technology is adopted to reduce the noise pollution and electromagnetic interference of the power supply. The output voltage waveform is completely smooth and the operation is more safe and stable.
   
4. The multi-unit N+1 structure is adopted, in which multiple units work together normally. A single unit failure does not affect the current output power, but maintains the normal operation of the equipment and makes maintenance more convenient.
   
5. It has perfect protection function. It can observe the operating temperature of power unit in real time through man-machine interface. When the temperature exceeds the alarm value, it can remind users to maintain the power cooling system in time under normal operation conditions.
