1. UV special transformer is a dry type transformer which is used in special occasions by the principle of magnetic flux leakage. The product has the characteristics of stable performance, fast startup, low noise, low heat, high efficiency and energy saving. The product adopts imported ultra-thin silicon steel sheet and vacuum dipping process. The wire is made of high quality oxygen-free copper enameled wire and uses Class H insulation material, which greatly improves product quality, safety and service life. Can be used with imported equipment UV light source, dedicated to UV glazing, UV curing, PS printing and so on. Transformer styles are vertical and horizontal, with power ranging from 1KW to 60KW.

2. The main points of this series of transformers: the working current, voltage and diameter of the lamp are determined. The transformer parameters are scientifically matched with the lamp parameters to achieve high-efficiency output of ultraviolet rays and to extend the service life. It is worth noting that the lamp, transformer and capacitor are a complete matching system. The choice of the transformer must match the power and voltage of the UV lamp. The transformer must have sufficient output voltage to ensure that the UV lamp can work at full load; If the output voltage is too high, the lamp will burn out, the output voltage will be too low, and the lamp will not work at full power, which will make the UV output intensity insufficient.
