1. G series thyristor AC power supply is widely used in heating, smelting, drying and shaping. Its characteristic is that it can control the output precision of voltage, current and power very accurately.
2. This power supply is a new type of high-efficiency heating power supply specially developed for polycrystalline silicon melting and sapphire melting industries. It has the advantages of high output accuracy (0.5%) and strong overload capacity (50%).
Technical characteristics of thyristor AC power supply
1. The control system based on DSP and FPGA is adopted. The sampling circuit and D/A output circuit all adopt high-precision conversion chip to ensure the stable accuracy of output power of AC power supply to reach 0.1%.
2. Real-time display of output voltage, current, power and other parameters; real-time online modification of control parameters, protection settings, calibration coefficients and other parameters.
3. Transformer high and low voltage coils are winded by foil and laminated step by step. They have the advantages of low noise, low loss and strong heat dissipation. Under the condition of forced air cooling, 50% overload and stable operation can be achieved.
4. Record the fault information automatically when the fault occurs, and implement corresponding protection measures according to the set fault level. It has the function of remote communication and can real-time monitor the running state of power supply side by PC.
5. Intelligent connection power distribution function to reduce the impact on the power grid.
