Introduction:
1. Communication RF capacitors use NP0 dielectric ceramic materials with high Q and low ESR. This series of capacitor products are suitable for long-term operation (-55℃ to +125℃) in harsh environments. The general operating frequency is from 1MHZ to 10GHZ or even higher. ; Overcurrent capability is strong, can withstand high power and high frequency and high pulse application conditions.

2. Radio frequency ceramic capacitors belong to Class I ceramics, do not contain lead, and belong to low dielectric constant materials. This type of capacitor has excellent high voltage resistance, generally withstands AC and DC voltages up to 15KV/mm, and is not hot in high voltage and high current applications. This type of microwave dielectric ceramic has stable temperature characteristics, and its capacity is not greatly attenuated by changes in voltage and temperature. Because the structure of the capacitor design is conducive to heat dissipation, the safety and reliability are extremely strong, and it is mostly used in high power and high pulse frequency equipment in the industry.
